Brian brings a dynamic and results-driven background, holding a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering along with several process oriented certifications including six sigma, lean and project management. His diverse career spans multiple industries, including manufacturing, banking & finance, and airline catering—equipping him with a broad and strategic operational perspective collectively saving companies over $5.2 billion dollars. In his most recent role, Brian successfully managed $250 million portfolio in catering operations, where he prioritized safety, optimized performance, and consistently delivered superior customer service. His proven leadership and commitment to operational excellence position him to drive BRiK’s continued growth and innovation. We are excited to welcome Brian as CEO and look forward to the vision and impact he will bring to BRiK Hospitality Group.

Katrina brings a unique and powerful blend of expertise, with a distinguished career as a Registered Nurse. Her commitment to care and service excellence has been a defining force throughout her journey. Transitioning into entrepreneurship, she successfully launched her own catering business, where she further refined and mastered a customer-first mindset. Her ability to combine compassion, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the customer experience makes her an exceptional addition to our leadership team.
